Your driving licence is probably crucial to you. It is nearly impossible to avoid accidents, cameras and Traffic Police. What would you do without your licence? The law relating to this is increasingly complex with ever more regulation and greater punishment, which in some cases can lead to imprisonment.
We believe that we can help you if you fall foul of the law. We will not make the same unfounded claims of some organisations, however we will provide you with an efficient service to help preserve your driving licence wherever possible, or through our best endeavours, minimise the damage that a lengthy disqualification from driving can provide.
Legal Aid is only available for the most serious cases, but if we feel that yours fulfils that criteria we would be happy to help you apply. Where legal aid is not applicable we can provide help including representation at a sensible price starting at £300.00 (plus V.A.T. and disbursements). This is calculated by our hourly charging rate of £170.00 plus V.A.T.
