Prison law. We will advise and represent clients in respect of all aspects of prison law including adjudications and parole representations.
Criminal case review commission referrals. Unsafe convictions and miscarriages of justice are referred to the Criminal cases review commission, we may be able to help.
Advice on appeals. All appeals to the Magistrates Court or the Crown Court, the Court of Appeal or the House of Lords.
Private prosecutions. We are happy to talk to organisations that need us to prosecute cases for them. Please note however, Legal Aid is not available for this service and such advice will be privately funded.
Regulatory law. We can offer advice to individuals or companies who are being prosecuted for all manner of alleged breaches of law, be it by the, environment agency, department of work and pensions, or any governmental body (or quasi-autonomous non governmental organisation.)
Courts Martial. We can offer advice regarding military criminal investigations. We have experience representing all servicemen and women who are being investigated for criminal offences or for military misconduct.
